Q: How will I get my food?
A: Order at least 5 items by Thursday night. Food will be cooked fresh to order, cooled, sealed and packed ready to be shipped out on Mondays. You should receive your order by latest on Wednesday.
Q: What kind of packaging is the food packed in?
A: All meals will be individually packed in commercial grade, BPA Free, heavy duty vacuum sealed bags made specifically for food handling.
Q: How should I heat up my meals?
A: For best results, heat up water in a bowl or pot and place the sealed bag into the hot water. Let it sit until desired temperature (10-15 minutes). An alternate option is to open and empty the bag of food into a plate/bowl/pot and reheat in the microwave or on stovetop.
Q: Why can’t I find something I ordered last time?
A: The menu will change and meals rotated each week. Some popular items are available weekly under Always Available.
Q: What carrier will my orders be shipped through?
A: At the moment, UPS will be used.
Q: Is there any free shipping available?
A: At this time, no free shipping is available.
Q. How will my food stay cold?
A: Meals will be chilled and packed in an insulated box with packs of dry ice.
Q: Can I submit requests to add on the menu?
A: Absolutely! Appi is always open to suggestions. Feel free to email her at appi@appiskitchen.com
Q: Is shipping available all across America?
A: Unfortunately, no. The meals would not stay cool enough to make it past the 2 day delivery window.
